Mina and Karen take on a renovation project for an optimistic client who bought a duplex with intentions of renovating it himself. The home is in a historic and very established neighborhood that would mean easy profit if the job is done right, but challenges with the historical preservation commission and a possible voodoo curse threaten to slow things down.
