Catarina tells Delano to go after Amália. Rodolfo complies with Afonso's request and decides to pardon Amália and Levi. Rodolfo tells Afonso to be taken to the quarry. Amália hides in the forest with Levi when she sees Delano approaching Brumela's house. Lucrécia and a group of nuns visit Rodolfo.
